Just to clear some stuff up;
I know that apples and other fruits and vegetables have calories but someone them I don’t count because they either burn more calories digesting them creating the negative calorie affect or they’re really healthy for you and I just don’t count them. I don’t care if you agree with me. It’s just how I count my calories.
