intake for the day. went to the gym and did the bike for an hour. i didn’t go as hard as last night. i’m catching a cold and it sucks.
intake: 766. i had chipotle. ahh. it’s my weakness.
outtake: 574. when i was dancing, a drunk couple fell on me and i rolled my ankle. so my workout was a little hard to get through, but i did it.
i weighed in at 184.8 lbs on new years eve. [12/31/11]
12/31/11- intake: 720 outtake: 1785 (i went dancing for almost 5 hours.)
1/1/12- intake: 660 outtake: - i was dead from dancing. ):
1/2/12- intake: 950 outtake: 312
1/3/12- intake: 1,063 outtake: 798
1/4/12- intake: 650 outtake: 887 - this was also my weigh in day. i weighed 182.8.
1/5/12- intake: 570 outtake: 495
1/6/12- intake: 178 outtake: 1023
1/7/12- intake: 697 outtake: 1548. (again i went dancing for 4 hours.)
i write down my weight officially every wednesday. but in reality, i weigh myself everyday. i love seeing the number go down day by day.
basically i eat around 500 calories a day. and go to the gym and do at least an hour of cardio every night. if not more. i’ll update you what my total intake and outtakes have been so far this year. <3
